The Samaritans are a non-profit organization with a board made up of volunteers. The organization partners with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and is open each Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
On the second Thursday of each month, the Pantry distributes boxes to Senior Citizens of Garvin County from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The Samaritan Board could not succeed without volunteers and the financial support received from donors. All of our funding comes from donations and grants. Food donations are welcome but FINANCIAL DONATIONS ARE CRUCIAL to supporting services. With the costs of food rising and the numbers of clients continuing to grow, WE NEED YOUR HELP! |
